This Delivery Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders made through our website www.onaacosmetics.lk.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

If your location is out of standard courier coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup option (if available).


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time may take 2–5 working days depending on your location.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions for specific order values or areas.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made by Onaa Cosmetics.


4. Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with delivery details.
If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking information will be shared with you.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel during both attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and additional delivery charges may apply.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@onaacosmetics.lk with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue.

We will investigate the issue promptly and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we always strive for timely delivery, Onaa Cosmetics will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions

  • Strikes, natural disasters, or public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

We will do our best to keep you informed if such delays occur.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Sri Lanka.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
